Delete Your Account
Submitting this form permanently deletes your Lucilla account and its associated data after a 30-day grace period.
One account, two apps. Ask Lucilla and the Lucilla fitness app sign in to the same Lucilla account. Deleting it removes your access to both. If you only want to stop using Ask Lucilla, you can uninstall the app instead and keep your account.
Before you delete — move your funds and settle your rewards
Your Lucilla wallet holds USDC on the Base blockchain. Once your account is deleted, you will permanently lose access to the wallet and any funds remaining in it.
- Withdraw all USDC to an external address and confirm the transfer on-chain
- Redeem or let expire any rewards you have claimed but not yet redeemed
- If you bought event tickets, wait until the event has been checked in or refunded
- If you run a business on Ask Lucilla, end your reward campaigns and withdraw any unclaimed campaign funds first — refunds go back to the wallet that funded the campaign
Lucilla cannot recover funds from deleted wallets. This is irreversible.
Legal retention notice
Some records must be kept after you delete your account, for as long as applicable law requires:
- Your wallet address(es)
- Your USDC transaction history
- Reward claims that paid out USDC
- The name, email, phone number, and date of birth linked to those records
These records are moved into a locked retention store and permanently deleted when the retention period ends.
GDPR and CCPA both permit retention for legal-obligation compliance.
What gets deleted
Deleted at the end of the grace period
- • Your account, profile, login, and the data and files stored under your account
- • Your conversations with the Lucilla assistant, in the app and by SMS or WhatsApp
- • Voice notes and voice-conversation audio, and photos or other media you texted us
- • Assistant memory
- • Leads and marketing-consent records held for businesses whose rewards you claimed
- • Reward claims that did not pay out USDC, chat messages, posts, and notifications
Kept as long as applicable law requires
- • Wallet address(es) and USDC transaction history
- • Reward claims that paid out USDC
- • Identifying details linked to those records
Retained permanently
- • Transaction hashes on the Base blockchain (public and immutable)
- • Aggregated, non-identifying analytics
