You'll model reward distribution economics, optimize platform fee structures across tiers, and build ML models for campaign performance prediction. Experience with ad-tech systems, pricing algorithms, or marketplace dynamics required. Bonus: crypto/DeFi background.

Build the full stack connecting our Flutter app, Firebase backend, and Base/Arc smart contracts. You'll work on Circle modular wallet integration, USDC payment flows, on-chain reward verification, and the enterprise dashboard (Next.js). Must be comfortable across Solidity, TypeScript, and Dart. We ship fast — expect to own features end-to-end from smart contract to UI.

Own the go-to-market for both sides of our marketplace. On the supply side: sign up local businesses, restaurant chains, and event organizers onto the enterprise platform. On the demand side: drive consumer app downloads and daily active users. You'll build the sales playbook, run outbound campaigns, and close enterprise deals. Experience selling to SMBs or managing marketplaces is key. Web3/crypto marketing experience is a strong plus.
